Breakfast is important

Do not get thirsty because that means that you are already dehydrated. The human body is built in a way that can last much longer without food than without water and that fact is speaking volumes. Water is necessary for all life processes that take place in the body and makes up about 70% of body weight. Your whole body, especially your hair and nails, will be grateful to you for all the minerals you take in while drinking the water.

Eating habits can change your life because food also affects mental health. For example, a poor diet does not directly induce depression but encourages it. Panic attacks and anxiety can be stronger if you ingest too much caffeine. Listen to yourself and your body. There is nobody else out there who can do that for you.
