The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources is seeking companies capable of supplying swabs suitable for COVID‑19 sample collection.
They asking for expressions of interest (EOIs) from both Australian and international producers and suppliers, indicating their capability to supply nasopharyngeal and/or oropharyngeal swabs.
Following this EOI process, the department intends to conduct a selection process in which suitable suppliers will be asked to provide a quote.
