| March 12, 2020

To track its progress, the Australian Space Agency is measuring the contribution of space activities to the Australian economy.

Organisations contributing to the space industry to complete an economic activity survey of the Australian space sector, conducted by independent consultancy, the Nous Group.

With rapid industry growth, there are many opportunities for Australian involvement and the Space Agency expects to become an important part of the global space supply chain. The Agency plays an important role in ensuring Australia is ready and globally connected to make the most of these opportunities.

The results of the survey will help develop a strong economic baseline to measure growth and will inform the Agency’s future strategic direction.
