Start-up offers free videos to businesses

| January 14, 2019

A new video start-up is running a competition that offers Sydney businesses the chance to trial a new technique of video marketing for free.

Viddo.TV is seeking five local entrepreneurs with a great story to tell, who are keen to test the power of video as a lead generation tool for small to medium size businesses (SME’s).

“The video channel is huge opportunity for sales growth, but few businesses do it well,” Viddo co-founder Darren Moffatt said.

“Good video content has traditionally been difficult and costly to produce, so many don’t bother. Or, they try a DIY video on their smartphone that fails and then give up.

“With Viddo, we think we’ve got the video solution SME’s have been looking for.”

According to Mr Moffatt, Viddo has developed systems and technologies that will disrupt the corporate video market in 2019, by making video production radically more affordable. A key innovation is the combination TV-quality video with lead generation technology.

“Viddo makes it super easy to publish video content that truly connects with prospects. We then capture leads ‘in-video’ so businesses can turn viewers into customers.”

The Viddo.TV competition runs until 24 January. The winners will receive 1 x professionally scripted, shot & edited 90 second video and a 12-month video marketing package, valued at $2,068.

Mr Moffatt said the five businesses who are ultimately selected winners of the competition are in for a treat.

“We make the whole filming experience unforgettable. For the business owner, it’s like they’ve got access to their own TV studio for the day.”

Viddo is scheduled to officially launch in mid-February. Interested business owners can enter the Viddo competition by registering to get on the wait list by at www.Viddo.TV  .
